All orders are placed using the merchant services of PayPal.

Online Orders

When you place an order over our website, we will ask for your payment method preference, credit card account number, CVN, and expiration date (if applicable), name as it appears on your credit card, "bill to" address, shipping address, daytime phone number, and email address. Some of this information may be stored in the form of a "cookie" in your computer. Cookies are small files that are stored on your computer. Your browser should give you the option to refuse cookies. Fme Jeans website requires that you have cookies enabled on your browser security settings.

We may use your IP (Internet Protocol) address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our website. Your IP address is used to help identify you and your shopping cart and to gather broad demographic information.

We may also use your contact information from your online order to inform you of new products and special features at Fme Jeans. We may also offer you special promotions. If you prefer not to receive these emails, please indicate that when completing your order.

Exchanges

Fme Jeans LLC accepts the exchange of full-priced merchandise with the original receipt and tags attached for up to 30 days after purchase. A 15% shipping and handling charge will apply to all exchanges. All merchandise must be returned in its original, unused, unwashed and resalable condition.

Packages must be shipped pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. Exchanges are processed when item(s) are received. Refunds are given for the price indicated on the original credit card transaction. Credits for exchanged merchandise will be issued to the original credit card only. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

When exchanging items, be sure to indicate the replacement item, including the color and size and send item to:

Returns

Fme Jeans LLC accepts the return of full-priced merchandise with the original receipt and tags attached for up to 30 days after purchase. A full refund, less initial shipping cost, will apply to all returns. All merchandise must be returned in its original, unused, unwashed and resalable condition.

Packages must be shipped pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. Refunds are processed when item(s) are received. Refunds are given for the price indicated on the original credit card transaction, less original shipping. Credits for returned merchandise will be issued to the original credit card only. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
